No work was actually done I thought I was getting a free estimate for what needed to be done. Instead I get a bill in the mail for $80 and the work that was stated that I needed to do would be $200. Good thing I didn't go ahead and pay that because it was only a plugged filter. Maybe I would have had a better experience if I talked to them from the beginning and was told what I would be charged for.
Best Heating & Cooling has gone above and beyond in customer service, taking care of a difficult warranty issue with our thermostat. Cannot say enough good things about these honest and hard-working folks! Every interaction with their office and field staff has been great! They answered all my questions and resolved our issues in a timely and pleasant manner. You should give them a call when you have need for heating or cooling services!
