Had 2 separate times our furnace decided to have issues. The first time was during the polar cold we had, Joe got here right away and fixed the issue no problem! The second time we had to call Bob out on a cold evening, and bam....we had heat! Love the promptness and the knowledgeable staff!! Great work Best!!
I am seriously in aw right now. I called these guys at 10:30 at night because our blower motor went out on our furnace. It is now 11:30 and they came, installed a new motor, and left already and we are up and running. I can't even believe how fast this service was especially for being after hours. It was also very affordable! They could have charged so much more seeing as it's -11 outside and 11:00 at night but I was pleasantly surprised when he told us what we owed him. Amazing service and great pricing. The staff is always there to answer the phone and questions and never have to wait for service. Were very attentive when our furnace went out in January as we have young ones in the house. Had the furnace replaced in just a few days! Thank you Best Heating and Cooling!
