When I call for service it is always answered promptly This time I would have faced getting a new furnace if Joe didn't tell me the part was under warranty and I still had two years on labor. So, instead of a new furnace it was repaired and all I paid was the service charge. I believe the furnace is 18 years old and I didn't think anything was still under warranty. Thank you for great service.
Best H&C has provided great service to us for many years. Our air went out during the current 90° heat wave. My mother has health problems and uses home oxygen, and has great difficulty breathing in the heat and humidity. Best was on the job immediately, but our 20 year-old unit couldn't be saved. They made a short term fix and came to the house four times over the next four days to keep the unit running until they could install a new unit today. They really saved the day, and my mother.
