Worst customer service ever... my very first experience of getting my dog groomed and they took her away into the grooming area, one of the employees went into ask the groomer something and my dog got loose...if someone was walking into the building she would have been gone! They didn’t even flinch...or notice or acted like they were concerned! Big lesson learned.... they don’t care!

After speaking with one of our Charlotte team members, Canine Cough is similar to the common flu in humans. In order to guard against and combat Canine Cough, we not only employ the use of hospital grade disinfectant but also have extensive air exhaust systems to 'turn' the air in the environment. The staff is amazing! After having a terrible experience at another boarding place in Charlotte, my husband and I were looking for a place to board our reactive pup, Bruce. The staff listened to all my concerns and were so wonderful with our dog! They even called us the next morning to let us know that Bruce was doing well! When we picked him up 3 days later, he was groomed (having a reactive dog this was a miracle! Tells you how amazing the staff truly is) and happy as could be!
