Showed up on time for my appointment, was left in the lobby over an hour and a half. No front desk, shared work space with no receptionist. Was referred here by the Birmingham VA. When leaving the therapist/owner (not exactly sure) called me, said that she was all booked up, even though I showed up on time. Complete disregard for my time, very unprofessional.
