Started with online form filled out. Reply was received the same day (thanks Greg Barrick) and stated a sales associate would call me next day. Fast forward 4 days of no phone call. I drive an hour there to check out a trailer and the sales guy says he will hold it until next week. I asked if he needed deposit and Kelton Black, trailer specialist, said that's not necessary. Worked with Kelton one of the salesmen there. He was great to deal with I ordered a 16’ Lamar dump trailer had it built the way I wanted it for a great price. This was my second trailer he sold me and still very pleased with the trailer and the service I was provided. Will be back for my 3rd!

Worst experience i have had with a trailer shop.Trailer has frame damage from poor welds and Greg (owner) wont accept responsibility for fixing the trailer under warranty. The company operates in a very shady fashion and a civil suit is what it takes before getting any action. They will not respond to email or phone calls. The try and blame the issues on the buyer when no abuse has happened.
Not professional. Not completely knowledgeable about the RV I looked at. Couldn't offer inspection or title transfer onsite. Wouldn't negotiate price.
Purchased a utility trailer there. Easy no pressure sale and price good for quality they sell. Could not be happier with our purchase
