Knew what I wanted before I went so it was a pretty easy transaction. Picked out the trailer on Friday. They had it ready as promised Saturday. Pretty painless experience and I reccomend.
Called last Thursday and spoke to Gregg to schedule an appointment to view a travel trailer we saw on the website. He had Lauren call us back and she said Friday she had no appointments. We went Friday to view the travel trailer. Literally had about 10 minutes. She had someone else come to sign papers and kept looking at her watch. We felt rushed. We offered a price and were the supposed to receive a call yesterday once Lauren spoke to Gregg. We were told we would hear back either way. Guess they don’t want our business.
Drove over an hour and a half to look at a trailer. I asked if I could look at the trailer on Saturday and was told yes not a problem. I was told when I got there it was appointment only and they were closed. I was given 10 minutes and only 10 minutes to walk all the way to the back of their lot to look at the trailer. I call the office and no answer receive a message from Greg that he was with a customer and would get back to me. Over 4 hours later I get a message from him. Just bought my new Sure Trac dump from these guys. Most seamless vehicle purchase experience in my life. I drove 4 hours to make the purchase and Karen already had the paperwork and trailer ready to go upon my arrival. The whole process took less than 30 minutes! This is the way to do business! these guys will be my go to for trailer needs for my business. Will also be recommending them to friends and business relationships.
Drove 2 hours down and was told 15 min before arriving camper is sold and salesmen knew I was coming. Last week I said I'd like to trade my camper in and was told I would hear back and didn't till 1230 on a Saturday and they closed at 2 so couldn't make it in time(happy I was bringing cash today and did also pull my camper down). So came down following Saturday (today) and made it here at 1230 but again 15 minutes before arriving told its sold and salesmen knew I wanted it and had cash in hand. We bought a new camper Lauren and Paul made the experience the best it could possibly be. We were so happy with our experience when my work asked where to get a trailer I recommended Best Choice and again had a great experience with Karen. They are all easy to work with and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be.
These people will not stand behind their product. Still have a brand new trailer with issues. Even lamar would not make them correct the issues when contacted. Would not buy anything from either company again.
We had such a wonderful experience at Best Choice RV! Lauren was very accommodating as I wanted to look at several different campers. She was so knowledgeable about each RV and showed us ones that met our specific needs. The whole buying process was simple and easy. Hubby just picked up the camper today and it’s perfect. Thank you to all the staff at Best Choice for your hard work and dedication in making sure we had the best camper for our family. If your in the market I HIGHLY recommend Lauren as your sales chick 😍
