I bought 2 dump trailers from this place within a 2 month period. I was buying a new bobcat so I went in and told them exactly what I was buying and how much it weighed and they told me what trailer would work great to haul the bobcat. I bought the second trailer and the first time I loaded my bobcat the trailer bent in numerous places and even the jacks they told me to buy for the back bent like a banana. Just purchased a 7x16 car trailer from Ben today! Seamless transaction, made the 3 hour trip to save over $1000 dollars! Top notch sales with Ben, and excellent service from the Lot Porter explaining everything on the trailer to me, for sure 100% will be back to purchase my enclosed trailer in the spring!
My husband and I just purchased a gooseneck trailer from best choice trailers In Irwin. 10/10 for customer service! Even though we were from out of state Rex did a great job keeping us informed every step of the way! I would highly recommend Beat Choice Trailers !

Best Choice is awesome and so helpful!! Lauren is amazing and quick with responses!! She is so helpful and goes out of her way to help me!! I definitely have recommended already this company and will continue to recommend them!! Their finance department is wonderful and fast!! Best Choice is the best in the business and extremely knowledgeable!! They even have a person go over the whole camper with you and takes his time explaining everything!! Best Choice is perfect!!

Called them and asked about a trailer they had forsale told them I am buying it and I would be down which was almost a 3 hr drive for me and they said okay we will see you when you get here got 40 minutes away and they said the trailer was just sold. Definitely do not recommend this dealer.
Great UNTIL we purchased the camper. Had a few issues and took back to their lot twice to have fixed.....1.5 hours away each trip..... answered all tests and phone calls Until AFTER it was paid for and barely got any responses and waited days for responses. they had no clue how the camper worked. George Swinston and Paul both horrible at communicating and once paid for answers were short and not understanding. I tried contacting them for 3 months over warranty issues with my travel trailer. Never got an appointment, so I showed up in person. I still don't have an appointment and they don't service trailers. I went on Keystones website for warranty dealerships they're on the list! They serviced warranty issues when I purchased it 2 years ago.. Buyer BEWARE. lousy staff. I had an employee M.F me and throw stuff around inside my trailer because they tried rigging the bathroom door in my trailer when it was brand new. They don't stand... read more
