Great customer service!!!! I received a very detailed home inspection report done by Tanner. The report included pictures and explained all the deficiencies found. Due to moving and the whole COVID event, I did not have access to print my documents. Jan was so nice to meet me and hand deliver 2 copies of the report. Their quality of work and friendly service makes them the best home inspection company in Tennessee.

This business deserves 10 stars if possible. They have been wonderful from the beginning to the end. Starting with the diligent manager (Jeanne) answering all my questions while comparing companies to decide which one would be the right one for me. The home inspector, Jon Walz, was very knowledgeable about the business. He arrived on time and was ultra detailed to review all possible problems in the unit. Great group of people. Competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Inspectors are very detailed and do not miss a thing. They worked around my schedule and made me feel comfortable with my home purchase.
