Very Disappointed I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and discovered serious issues a week after getting it. When I brought the problems to their attention, they refused to repair the vehicle or take responsibility. After getting their money they just wiped their hands clean and expect you to pay out of pocket or use your warranty. I hope this is part of Trans. Of Wny. Mike is a shady and Facebook dealer who is a crooked guy. Please stay away and save your money elsewhere. Please learn from my experience I bought a Dodge minivan leaking oil, other issues. They were able to take care only half job. Which they cheap out the system and screw you. Facebook is a bad place to buy cars and lure I know they have their own site. But that’s where I found their car. Mike Dan is also not wanting to do anything with me which breach the contract and sold me a lemon.... read more

Very shady small used car dealership. They have cheap pricing to lure you into buying one of their "Lemon" vehicles. I bought a car from them and took to my mechanic to look at it. They found a few items needing fixed, and the tires barely pass inspection. I have repeatedly contacted JCF Auto, but they will not call me back...I've been "ghosted" and stuck with a car that needs $2000 worth of work to make it safe for my son to drive it. Lesson learned...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP.
