I recently purchased a 2004 Burgandy Cadillac Deville from them. I read the reviews below and they could NOT BE ANY MORE FALSE!!! We had the absolute BEST experience with this company. Being the first time, we probably had pretty high expectations coming in. From the first phone call collecting information, down to waving goodbye, it was hands-down a 5-star job.
These guys are great. We chose Best Buy In Town because of they had the lowest prices. We have stuck with them since because they have great service and product.
They had the car I wanted , which I saw online so I went to look at it. The car looked good and I took it for a test drive. Everything seemed fine so I made the purchase

Red flag never buy a use car from Best Buy Auto with out a carfax report. They are rip off artis, I bought a 96 grad prix it ran good and everything.8 days later the engine blew up under the good with all this white smoke. So I called right away to tell that the car blew up. They say bring it in how, I can't drive it. They said that they will get the car never did. 6 days later car still there with the warranty running out in two days so it all can be on me I'm suing for my money back. I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT BEST BUY! I INVESTIGATED THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND THEY ARE NOT TRUE - THE WOULD NOT STILL BE IN BUSINESS IF THEY WERE TRUE. I THINK THOSE PEOPLE NEED TO FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO DO WITH THEIR TIME. I BOUGHT A 2007 NISSAN ALTIMA AND IT RIDES LIKE NEW. I HAD ONE PROBLEM AND THERE WAS NOT ONE ARGUMENT WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE REPAIR. THANKS SO MUCH BEST BUY IN TOWN - I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED YOU TO MY FRIENDS!!!!!
I purchased a 2 year old lincoln from them in June of last year with 48,000 on the odometer. After running a carfax i found out that the car was used for a limo service and had around 235,000. I contacted the attorney general and got most of my money back. The bottom line is there are reputable dealers out there. stay away from best buy in town !!!!
