My husband went last night with my daughter while I was at the spa. When he picked me up he had no purchases of any kind. He asked me, "how many people do you think helped me today?" And of course it being Best Buy I responded with "everybody." He said nobody. The associates are rude and seem to think they are better than one anyone else. Ask a question regarding a product, and you get a response not relevant to what you are actually needing. I think everyone there should be re-schooled on customer service and the value of respect.
I was told by the Geek Squad agent that my laptop repair would be ready in 12 to 48 hours. It has now been 3 days and I called the national Geek Squad line (after trying to reach the physical store for a solid hour and being told by the operator that I would not be able to speak with anyone for 45 more mins) and I now find out that my laptop has not even had an agent connected to it! I feel that Best Buy has a great product selection. There seems to be a high or a low end item of everything but not much in between. The staff are really nice. But those women's bathrooms! Ladies stay away! Those bathrooms are rest stop Worthy. I feel like they have not been cleaned in a while. One of the Stalls was unusable because it was so disgusting. So I use the other one and when I I flushed water shot out of the handle and sprayed all over my feet. Just gross.
