fire all of upper management. replace poor quality answering systems with quality. you should always have it possible for a client to be able to reach a staff person. I believe in giving a 2nd chance, but this is ridiculous. my family and I have spent thousands of dollars with best buy. never again. wake up AMERICA! time to become the best once again. idiots like this are ruining our country, along with many others.
The unfriendly faces you see when walking in makes you want to walk right back out .The young brunette employee was rude and unwilling to help. They all look like they're being forced to work there .The only nice person was the lady working the register . This place has gone wayyyy down hill. Taking my business elsewhere .
I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Agent Satid with the geek squad at the Destin FL store. I came in with a cracked screen on my surface pro and long story short it was a confusing process to figure out the warranty and data transfer. It took quite a while but he was extremely helpful and took his time to explain every part of the process and make sure I understood. Destin store would not honor a price on a PC in the store that was literally under the item. It was the exact item listed on the tag with the lower price. It seems there was a sale that ended yesterday and someone didn't pull the ticket. The worst part was that Gary in management was grossly disrespectful and dismissive and horribly patronizing as we left the store. They did give us a "GM Letter" where you could call or email Shawn and maybe get a response back. Never going there again.
