I was told to leave at the door today because I was unable to wear a mask. guess what best buy, you aren't the only place that sells tv's. I will never spend another penny in best buy. I refuse to be told to wear a medical device by a cashier wearing a dirty piece of cloth on her face that probably hasn't been washed in a week.
People with medical conditions are treated like second class citizens. Not allowed to shop in store unless a non-medical professional minimum wage worker approves of your medical device.
You should tell Geek squad that running power for a soundbar into a fireplace is not only a fire hazard but illegal and can easily catch someones home on fire. #30A #inletbeach
Went in the other day with my husband to get a few things, told them we both have a health exemption.. which we do we both have asthma. And they still said they can't help us without a mask which technically companies can be fined $75,000+ for trying to make someone with a health condition wear a mask. But we didn't bother arguing just walked out and decided to spend our money else wear. As long as we stayed 6ft a part should've been fine I mean they have those plastic things in front of the cashier's any way.

Bought a washer from them what is now completely broken. We have Geek Squad what is a total scam! They do not help us. Our washer is broken since January and now they give me the run arounds and do not want to exchange this washer even tho it’s broken since January. trying to call the store to make a Geek Squad apt.since I live 30 miles away. I have been trying for 40 minutes now. This is ridiculous!! Why is is so difficult for someone to answer the phone to make an appointment???? Truly disappointed.
