To bad they cancle your order and dont tell you anything. You have to call them and they try to tell you the price is messed up. Only to sit on hold to be told the price is right. Then they say the order will be fixed in 20 hours. 24 hours later still nothing. Meanwhile I should gone with someone else because because I needed the product for work... shouldnt be my job to try and get you take my money. Absolutely ridiculous. Not my first issue. Employees, including management, were extremely rude to many of the customers yesterday. I've been a Best Buy customer for many years but I'll never shop here again.
You can be more helpful to people who are trying to rebuild their homes and businesses after losing everything in Hurricane Michael. The Best Buy in Panama City is pretty snotty also...why we use Amazon.
I went to Best Buy to purchase a tv and sound bar. I ended up selecting an expensive system totaling nearly $3000 and was told that if I signed up for a credit card, I would receive a 10% refund. The result was that the credit card was denied and I did not receive the refund. I am very upset with this. I don’t use credit - I pay cash and have no debt. Very upset with this deceptive practice. Came in today with my dad and brother. Everything was good until 2 guys started to have creepy behavior. I went outside to wait for my dad and i found both of them staring at me through the exit doors. Idk what was going on.
Although my purchase experience was great, Best Buy sent an email notification to my husband about my purchase after I specifically requested a print only receipt. Thanks Best Buy for ruining my Christmas surprise.
