My husband tried to return a phone charger but was told no due to a past 14 day no return policy. I’ve bought several items including several TVs. I will not do business with them again. Also, the box was in excellent shape and receipt was in the bag.
I really appreciate Whitley and Dustin who handles the cell phones here in Paducah Best Buy. We have difficulty lines and bills and Dustin and Whitley always handle it with professionalism and great customer service.
The Geek Squad ruined my computer..the power button was locked up so they worked on it for $250. They kept it for a month. When I got it back it would lock up and shut down sometimes. I took it back 3 times for them to look at but am tired of messing with them.. My computer was only a year old and an expensive Dell..I wont be going back..
When you go in a store looking for a new GPU and the computer specialist knows less about computers than your mom, you know they're messing something up. Oh also, you know that personable retail experience you get when you frequently visit a store? That'll never happen here. (Aside from like 1 or 2 associates.)
