RecommendedLast Sunday afternoon, my husband made a purchase at the store, and mistakenly left his wallet in the mens room. We live 45 minutes away, and it wasn’t until a couple hours later, he realized what had happened. He tried to call the store and never got an answer on the phone. Waited on the phone for over an hour. Drove down there and probably 10 employees just standing around. I ask the lady at the service desk if they had been busy and she said no... Can you figure out why no one answers the phones?
I’m so thankful for Zach and the Sunday closing crew at Best Buy. My phone bit the dust today and while the updates took forever they were so, so patient with me and my two kids. Thank you all!
Please don't try to contact by phone. You will not get a person. Inventory on website is almost always wrong and trying to call and verify before going to store is not possible

PHONE CALKS! Tried twice to speak to a HUMAN !! NO one WOULD. Answer. When calling to change an appointment!! (IPHONE service appointment set by APPLE). Stuck in Phone loop. Did not allow a person to answer. NEVER shop there again.
To fire the store manager Donnie and a employee name Heather both of them is very rude no consider about no one except for themself
