We received a 55" Smart TV as a gift from our granddaughter who lives out of town. She had the delivery and setup package. It was delivered by 2 trucks, one stating Geek Squad. First of all they never called the day before to confirm that they would be coming, nor did we know what to expect. As soon as they walked in the first words out of their mouth was that we cannot install today. They left this large TV sitting in the box on the floor. I had an issue trying to make an online purchase last night. So, I went into this Best Buy to try and get some help. A young man named Eric stepped up right after I walked through the door. Although they didn't have the original item that I went in there to get, I got a great deal and I believe Eric was just as happy as I was if not happier. And, trust me, I was very happy. Great job by everyone that I spoke to at the store today.
Greenbrier best buy =( – I purchased a laptop from there. Came with a bad wireless card. Got a replacment. They lot it and told me I will have to pay full price for a new laptop, also there customer service is horrible
