Went to your location in Chesapeake Virginia a few weeks ago. The greenbrier location. I went in with the intention of buying a specific laptop. I needed one for school and just needed the basics. When I get there a guy approaches me and half helps me. Says that if I'm going to get this one then I should take a look at this. The constomer service staff humiliated me publicly because of my persistency regarding trying to get some answers about a new computer I recently purchaed from the store.
We got a great deal on an open box TV.....paid for all of the set up, etc.. they showed up at the house and the TV was broken. They worked SO hard to find another one close by, as it had been discontinued! The Geek Squad traveled 30+ minutes to pick it up and bring it back on the same day, while the other Geek stayed behind and prepped everything so it'd be quick when he got back. Having an issue with a washer. You don't find out a washer is a piece of crap until it's installed and you try it out... needless to say, I'm about to be on washer #3, within 3 wks!! It takes a full week before they return/exchange. First washer was broken. Second washer just clicks and doesn't do anything. If this 3rd washer doesn't work properly,that's being delivered next wk, I'm done...

This is my go to store to buy any electronics! I love their deals! I was little sad they were sold out of Nintendo switches but every store is sold out of that. Due to the high demand of switching. Nothing but positive reviews from me! ���
