Used to be an amazing place about a decade ago now they should legit have a sign that says no refunds no exchanges
Went in yesterday to pick up last minute gift- ask the person working in that department if this item was correct and if I needed anything to make it work...... only to find out this morning- Christmas Morning I do
Not only was the csr rude...we ordered something online...when we went in to see if ready...they said it wasnt...ok..no problem...we'll just walk around....2 hours later go back to the counter the rude woman informed us that they do not have the product....were you ever going to let us know...or just take our money??.... Guess its back to online shopping and not at best buy ....merry christmas
The most wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. I was able to find what I needed without any problems. The staff is very knowledgeable. You guys have a loyal customer for life.
Just left the store, visited the Home Theater section...stood in line to ask a question..young man looked at me and asked "what's up?"...Really??poor customer service
