I am so disappointed the Greenbriar Best Buy, we recently switched cell phone carriers to sprint. An employee named Xavier helped with our activation. He seemed knowledgeable with the transaction, smooth talker, as we signed his pin pad for this form and that form. We were signing up for a sprint promotion, we traded in our old iPhones for the free iPhone 11s, as new customers. Best Buy is going downhill. Worst experience of my life. I have already made complaints via corporate over the phone and through email. I have ran into multiple issues with no apology from anyone. Stay away from this location and the Portsmouth location. Stay away from all of their locations if you can. They offer total tech support so willingly because no ones goes to them anymore.

We purchased 50 inch TV for 423.00 took it home and it did not work. We called and explained the TV did not work and was told to bring it back. Once we arrived we were informed the tv had a finger print on it and they would not take it back. So they would not give us our money back or give us another TV. We have lost our money and we dont have a TV.
Very upset with company. Purchased a TV on March 27th and was suppose to have next day delivery. I could have purchased the newer tv for same price from Sams Club but their delivery date wasn't until April 9th. I ordered from Best Buy instead. Delivery was changed until the following Sunday. Received another message that it would be today. Still no TV. I purchased a 3-year warranty on a refrigerator the I bought in 2018. The door broke reported it July 2019 was told that they don't make that model any longer. I was told I can get a new refrigerator In Aug. and still waiting to hear from them about coming in and getting a new refrigerator today is 10/7/2019. I even went to Better Business Bureau 2 weeks ago and still waiting to hear from Best Buy. They really don't hold up their end of the warranty. Worst experience ever!! I bought a stove/oven over a month ago and it still has not been delivered! Ordered from Best Buy in greenbrier. Today was to be yet another delivery day, guess what? They send me a picture of my stove dented! WTF it’s been in your warehouse for a month now! And due to the fact you have delivery drivers that lie and say they can do the natural gas to liquid gas conversion to find out after a day of waiting for my delivery that no they don’t.
