I had a good experience with Best Buy Monroe. Thought I was having some issues but after talking to manager, Thomas. He put all my worries to ease. All problems were taken care of. Very nice man.
DONT, I REPEAT DONT buy anything from this store! They do not stand behind their products. I bought a $650 computer from here, didn't work over 10 days. Took it back, argued with manager, she finally gave us a refund. I bought a more expensive computer. Needless to say it didn't work but about 6 months. Took to Geek squad $200 more dollars later, still no computer! Ugg. I will never buy anything else from Best Buy!
Wow, after reading these reviews, I guess I'll consider myself lucky that I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I suppose since a real person can't be bothered to come on the line, I'll buy my phone elsewhere. Saved me a trip to the mall, thanks 'Best' Buy!
Worst place ever, customer service is a joke. Told me to come back tomorrow because the box wasn't opened for a new release. Stay away from the Best Buy in Monroe Louisiana.
I am very pleased.excellent customer service. They did everything their is to unlocked my Galaxy note 4 & 5 without losing all my pictures and contact information. I'm too darn smart that I forgot my password . I guess I don't need the smart phone,what I need is a damm phone I mean flip phone .lol.
Everything thing was organized all the employees were helpful and friendly. Was smooth getting no store with no problems!
