I purchased this dryer in January 2019 from Best Buy In Monroe, La. Along with a Geek Squad protection plan. Come September 23, 2019 the dryer stopped heating. After I called Best Buy, they told me it would be 4 weeks before a repair person would show up, local employees no help, GM did try to help at first. Long story short, repair person finally showed up, no parts, a week later repair person shows up, no parts, now scheduled for a repair 12 days later, making it 22 days no dryer. company does not stand behind any thing.
Had to hunt for someone to help us with an apple watch. When I went to ask the Geek Squad person, who was leaning over the counter in her phone, she was rude. We went back to apple area and waited but no one came. We left and went to the ATT Store.

I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A STORE. When we buy an extended warranty on a product AND CORPORATE GIVES INSTRUCTIONS FOR A REPLACEMENT THE DUMBASS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN’T WANT TO BACK IT UP. We definitely filed a complaint with corporate and they didn’t even act surprised at the amount of customer service complaints from this location.
I spent over a $1000 for a desk top computer! Good service but I laid my sunglasses down while paying, walked out to my car, can back in looking for them and they gone!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡
