I have heard the same story in the past. The manager Hugo Martinez is a asshole and should not be employed at Best Buy.
Total BS, have also had a bad experience with that manager. He should not be a manager. He should not be dealing with the public. I will tell all my friends how bad this guy is.
My uncle lives in McAllen texas and got ripped off today at the Best Buy at 8012 N. 10th Street. He bought a surround sound system and when he got home nothing but bricks in the box, he returned to the store and the manager Hugo Martinez called him a lier and threw him out of the store. My uncle called the police and they made out a police report. He is going to sue best Buy and the manager Hugo Martinez. #HugoMartinez #BestBuy #BestBuyBricks
The manager Hugo Martinez is the worst manager in history. Customer buys item, gets home and opens box, full of bricks. Customer returns to the store and is called a liar and thrown out of the store by security. Police report done also.
I just spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me with a simple question. Asked one of the employees which in turn replied to me : I can't help you right now. And he just went off. Then pass by me a few times more. Do don't even acknowledge my presence. Horrible.
