Online geek squad said my issue would have to be dealt with in store and said make an appointment to “drop off” my computer. I arrived 5 min towards end of time slot as I work and am single parent and they would not take my computer. I tried a few days later coming in when it wasn’t busy as I had a half hour to myself. No lines and they wouldn’t take my computer. I am disappointed in our McAllen Best Buy store:(
They need to start answering their lines. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever answers the phone.
Horrendous customer service. When you call it is next to impossible to reach a live person. My order, made online, was cancelled days after the fact. The website is as navigable as a pool of concrete. All I can do now is vent and warn others. Take your money elsewhere, folks. Save yourself the frustration.
Saleswoman was very attentive and knowledgeable of the products I inquired about, great service!!!!

They don’t have what I’m looking for do you have to order it and wait doesn’t work when you want to make an impulsive purchase. And update your Apple stuff
Rude and stuck up employees. I walked in and they were all bunched up flirting and laughing no one bothered to greet me. I had to interrupt them to ask for help and they were so rude (tone and response wise) and they literally looked annoyed that I walked in. I won't ever be back. oh and those apple employees standing there are just as rude. DO NOT shop here. Retail employees act like they are CEO's but with no education or customer service skills. HORRIBLE.
