I just called Best Buy in McAllen and wow, what rude customer service they have answering customer issues. They acted as if I was asking for the world. They guy on the phone seemed so uninterested in answering any questions. If you're looking for anything in particular I'd suggest buying it at Target or Walmart, they're way cheaper than they are anyways...

Best Buy manager Hugo Martinez has the worst people skills I have ever witnessed. I was at the Best buy customer service counter today when A guy came back to the store with a box be had bought this morning. The box contained bricks. Hugo Martinez called him a lier and threw him out of the store. #HugoMartinez #BestBuyBricks #BestBuy

The stock is limited and the one item that I actually needed to buy the package was torn open but I really didn't have a choice. I don't like the fact of either I buy a torn open package or I don't get what I need.

I have heard the same story over and over. The manager Hugo Martinez his a worst person to be called a manager. He should be fired and the customer service is a nightmare ever.

I just got screwed over by Best Buy at 8012 N 10th St. McAllen, Texas. I bought a surround sound system and when I got home I opened the box and there was a BRICK inside. I called the store and spoke with the worst manager in the world Hugo Martinez who said we were lying. Its total BS. I called the police and they made a police report out and said they have had these complaints in the past.

Cuidado con la mejor compra en 8012 N 10th. Calle en McAllen, Tejas. El gerente es Hugo Martínez y él es un ladrón. Tiene habilidades de 0 personas y está vendiendo ladrillos en cajas y no en electrónica. No reembolsará el dinero.

I have also had this same thing happening but with a laptop. Was a Christmas gift for my son. My son opened the present Christmas morning and there was a brink inside the box. The manager Hugo Martinez would not give me a refund because it was 2 weeks after buying it. It was bought as a Christmas gift. I now have a small claims case now against him and Best Buy.

Worst manager and worst customer service ever. Best Buy at 8012 North 10th. Street in McAllen, Texas. Hugo Martinez is the manager and will not refund money for selling bricks, not electronics. Make sure you open the box in the store.
