The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! No one at the store answers the phone and it constantly disconnects you. Called Best Buy's 800# who tried to directly connect me to someone in the store and was hung up both times. On hold yet again....!!!
An associate at this store bent over backwards to take care of us to make our kids' Christmas gift happen after a better version of what we bought was given by another family member. When we came in to exchange our gifts, our plan was nearly demolished, but Greg saved the day!! 2 happy parents and 2 happier kids thank him for all his help!

Staff was very attentive for Black Friday. Had products as advertised. Rarely walk out frustrated.....
Bought something online while in store. I grabbed the item and went to customer service. I was told I'd have to wait 45 minutes for it to go through. That defeats the purpose of available for pick up today.
No more CD's. Seriously, WTF is corporate thinking? Guess DVD and blue ray is next? Thats ok FYE is coming back to the malls.
