I was at Best Buy last night (8pm) in hopes of buying a camera for Christmas. I had found it on the website but wanted to see it in person and play with it a little, and also get some questions answered. To start, none of the cameras were charged or would power on, and we stood around a 1/2 hour waiting on someone to assist us after talking to an associate who called for someone to help us. Recently I stopped by this Best Buy to purchase my iPhone 8 and added an another line for my son. Both time I had an excellent customer service. No waiting time and they were very professional. Much better than going to Verizon store cross the street.
Absolutely worthless store and worthless employees including managers they refused to take care of a problem in store so when you call them up on the phone and asked to speak to a manager the stupid manager decides just to hang up the phone
Stood around in the mobile department forever waiting for some one to assist us but I guess they didn't feel like selling phones went to att no problems
Do not buy online and go to this store. It usually takes 20-30 minutes of waiting in the customer service line for 1 person when the store is slow. If the service is this ridiculously horrible. The management at this store definitely needs to find a new career because they clearly are not doing their job!!!
Awesome service!!! Everyone was extremely friendly and service was timely. They even tried to keep my younger child entertained while we sorted out a problem. We will definitely return for additional shopping.
