Very few associates notice customer , only the security in the front regularly greets anyone.
apparently because of the pandemic best buy has complelty forgotten about customer service. came in to spend about 3k$ on a camera 3 hours later still number 6 in the que I guess we should plan an 8 hour day to get some help?
had an appointment today... when I arrived they told me that they tried to call me that I made the wrong type of appointment.... I never received a call message or voicemail... when I questioned them about they got nasty... and made me leave..... I couldn't believe this even was happing... I will never under any circumstances go to another best buy In my life.... I have never been lied to by any store that much!
I bought a 40inch TV. It was classified as open box in good condition. That was a lie. It doesn't have the legs or TV remote, WHICH MEANS ITS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION! I've had to call three times and was told I'd hold over an hour! Only to be told my TV doesn't have a remote. BESTBUY I WILL BE RETURNING THIS TV. I WILL NOT BE PAYING A RESTOCKING FEE!
RecommendedJust left and couldnt be happier. My samsung 10 has been doing some weird things like sending pictures in different threads, sending texts back to myself, and in the message app sending all emojis as question marks. The Samsung rep was so helpful and explained he was going through the same thing with his android Note 10 and explained why it does it. Now I know it's not a bug or hack or just my phone. They also are dog friendly so I took my little man in and he got tons of lovings
Possibly the slowest Best Buy I have ever been to. I’m just going to stop coming. I just waited for 20 minutes in the Apple center after I asked a employee for help, as I was walking out they are both sitting at the cell desk talking.
Crazy expensive! Staff ok.
