bought a tv there spent 200 and by god it dont work and now they just think anyone can just pick up and go i will never shop best buy for anything agian if you go there run away quickly

I bought a washer & dryer set from this location back in October. The one delivery guy nearly clocked himself in the face with the lid of the washer when it flung back & hit the control panel of the unit while it was being transported on the dolly at a slant. Why the tape to the lid was taken off before being transported inside the home is beyond me. They removed all protective coverings before even bringing the unit out of the delivery truck. Bought a TV a month ago and turned it on to find horizontal lines. Took it back to return since it was still within the return date. They turned on the tv and Said there was an “internal crack” although we never dropped it or caused any physical damage. Said they can’t take back “damaged” tv although it’s an internal crack and not something physical we did. Spoke to manager and said there was nothing they could do to help us out. We are now out $240 and no tv since they wouldn’t return it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
2 employees asked if they could help. I stated the charger I was looking for. one laughed at me and said to the other employee "what language is she speaking?" followed by more giggles.
Stop giving people the run around by saying you take old TVs to recycle but then not accepting them when I get there.

This computer is less then 8 months old; In order to get tech support over the phone i have to pay 75-100.00 . My wife Amanda Jo Durham purchased this computer.... I am waiting for HP now.... I love how I have a two year full parts and labor warranty spent almost 300 dollars on it and your lazy Geek squad technicians won't do anything but find excuses. I purchased the laptop in november 2016. I have a full warranty and the damn thing isn't working right. I reinstalled the computer and now the sound doesn't work or I can barely hear the speakers.
