Every time I've gone into this store in the last two months their shelves have had no product and sitting empty, they never seem to care about having the product in for the guest. Either had the most expensive option and the cheapest, no middle ground. Security guard also was no help and was rude. Best Buy doesn't need a bouncer. Over this location, ones in phx always have products and stocked shelves.
