Went to get Sony - A/V Home Theater Receiver - Black, was on sale this AM online, sale started Dec 24.... showed the guy the print out out, called me a liar.. said I printed out a week ago. That A-hole couldn't understand that is when sale started and ended the 31st but showed the sale price still this morning... They had what I wanted and price matched Amazon so I could have it immediately. The best of both worlds!
It's nice to go there because there is always someone there ready to answer your questions. They are very knowledgable. I went to get a computer and they didn't try and sell me the most expensive one but really asked what I liked and what I needed it for to find the perfect fit for me!
Thank you Best Buy. Tonight I went to pick up the product I ordered for pick up - you know... the product I could have had shipped to my door. I walked in with my emailed receipt to bring for Pick up... from Best Buy, but forgot my wallet. Nope Mr. Barrett ...we have your $$, we have your product and we will not give you the product without your ID. Thank you NOT Best Buy for a ridiculous policy.
I feel very happy all the time I’m in a BestBuy store. They have almost all kind of products I’m interested in. Eventhough I don’t buy something eachtime I go there, I feel myself very comfortable and happy. The staff is very kind and they always pay attention if I need any help or not. I’ll definitely be at a BestBuy store in a couple of days. And I really don’t need a reason for that. I just go there to feel better. Thank you BestBuy.
