Went to get Sony - A/V Home Theater Receiver - Black, was on sale this AM online, sale started Dec 24.... showed the guy the print out out, called me a liar.. said I printed out a week ago. That A-hole couldn't understand that is when sale started and ended the 31st but showed the sale price still this morning... I'll never shop at that place, RUDE employees... when all their doors close, I hope they know why. DON NOT SHOP at any Best Buy, waste of time. They had what I wanted and price matched Amazon so I could have it immediately. The best of both worlds!
It's nice to go there because there is always someone there ready to answer your questions. They are very knowledgable. I went to get a computer and they didn't try and sell me the most expensive one but really asked what I liked and what I needed it for to find the perfect fit for me!
Thank you Best Buy. Tonight I went to pick up the product I ordered for pick up - you know... the product I could have had shipped to my door. I walked in with my emailed receipt to bring for Pick up... from Best Buy, but forgot my wallet. Nope Mr. Barrett ...we have your $$, we have your product and we will not give you the product without your ID. Thank you NOT Best Buy for a ridiculous policy.
I feel very happy all the time I’m in a BestBuy store. They have almost all kind of products I’m interested in. Eventhough I don’t buy something eachtime I go there, I feel myself very comfortable and happy. The staff is very kind and they always pay attention if I need any help or not. I’ll definitely be at a BestBuy store in a couple of days. And I really don’t need a reason for that. I just go there to feel better. Thank you BestBuy.
