Usually I have a decent experience shopping there. But today's experience soured me on the whole place. I arrived at the store and was directed to a space for curbside pick up. I checked in on the site for my pre-order and it took nearly 20 minutes before someone even came to my car to ask if I'd been helped yet. In that time, four cars parked in spots on either side of me, were helped, and received their orders. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HERE They use shady third party delivery and install companies and will send you down endless rabbit holes with zero answers as to when your appliances will be delivered or installed. Not worth the stress or headache

Went to buy a Vizio 70 inch TV today. Would not price match a local store even though I had called beforehand and said they would. Salesman was a snotty kid. I will buy my big ticket items from Costco now

My husband and I had an awesome experience. We were helped by the nicest and most knowledgeable guy named “Chris R”.... he helped us pick out a new Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer! And we had our two small girls with us!! He was very fast! Got work done!! We were in and out and will have new appliances tomorrow! He needs a raise lol.. we were very impressed.
