Best Buy has the worst customer service ever! Especially the one in Acworth, GA! I bought a vizio 48" 4K tv a couple nights ago. We put it up with no problems the next day and turned it on. We noticed a big crack in the screen and took it back immediately. The manager at the Acworth Best Buy said that we broke it and would not exchange it, replace it, or take it back.
