I bought a pair of headphones from Best Buy on 3/31/2018. They are now on sale for $10 less than what I paid. I called the store and was told that there is nothing they can do because their return policy is only 15 days. I'll be shopping Micro Center, Walmart, and Target instead for now on.

Over half the car stereos say Geek Squad professional installation available here. So after finally finding one we wanted (couldn’t find a person to be able to ask any questions) and wanting to have it installed, they tell us oh that’s not available here. We can’t install any of them. So we show him where it says he can, he radios in and says yea we don’t do that here. That sign is wrong.. thanks a lot for the waste of time.

Talk about bait and switch! Was quoted one price as a trade in for my Mac, and when I came back the next morning to do the trade, was told that it was $300 less? AFTER I had cleaned it to factory condition? What a crock this place is. What happened to the customer is always right? Not here. Go any where but here or hold on to your wallet and don't believe anything they tell you...even if it's in writing!!

Purchased my TV from Best Buy in Acworth, with a great experience! That was about 10 months ago. Had a problem with TV today, & called the store to connect with the Geek Squad. Spoke with Andrew, & he called to follow up with me about an hour later, to see if problem was resolved or if I needed more help. Thank you, & please keep up the good work.
