Do not buy an appliance here. After spending hundreds of dollars trying to fix my 2 year old refrigerator multiple times, find out it was marked as scrap then sold to me according to Samsung.
Horrible service had to ask 3 times for assistance when associated are just walking and standing around. I was one if the customers that knew exactly what I wanted but they missed out on a sale. Horrible customer service!!!! I will never go back to this location!!!!

#BestBuyLogic. Sell a product but not the replacement parts and tell customer they "might want to go online" to get them. Okay, I will, and I'll also keep that in mind this upcoming Christmas and "go online to buy the original product" and NOT from Best Buy. This logic is also known as *how to go out of business like circuit city and other electronic stores*
The mobile service department is the best !! Ben was so patient with AT&T 's slow response to resolving our Samsung note 7 exchange .
