First time ever and it was like christmas!! I wanted everything but I couldnt afford it. We needed to get my husband a cell phone and the young man, Britten, was so helpful. There was people to help all around. I really liked that. Usually you have to hunt someone down and ask for help.

I bought a camera at Best Buy, paid over $1000 for it. Went in for assistance with a function and waited 15 minutes after asking a sales member for assistance. Nobody ever showed up. Should have saved the difference and bought the camera on Amazon.

Led us to believe we would get $250 gift card for iPhone 7s upgrade and after everything was done told us gift card only comes with 7. When we decided to no longer do it said we had to pay to have phones restocked and we had not even left the store yet.

Love the audio dept here. I got my stereo installed last Friday and they answered a ridiculous amount of questions first and are available to help me with it now when I have an issue... Today I stopped by because there was a clicking sound and Matt adjusted it again for the sound I needed (it changes when you have the top off and the stereo cranked). Shelby and Matt have lots of knowledge and are super helpful.
