Absolutely horrible customer service!! Walked around 5 employees several times who were more interested in their NYE plans than asking if I needed help to find something. Keep it up, and you'll end up just like Circuit City!
Went in tonight and saw some headphones marked $79.99 I went to check out and they rang up for $179.99. I told the Cashier Eric that they had shown 79.99 he said “none of that brand are that cheap” in a very condescending tone I told him I wasn’t sure if that particular model had been misplaced however their was a tag for that brand that said $79.99 he then snidely replied I guess we can go look. He was condescending and I didn’t appreciate his tone or unwillingness to look. 0/10 I won’t be returning I’ll buy from Amazon.
RecommendedThis place is worse then a car lot. Had 4 different people come up to me and ask if I needed any help. Once or twice, okay but 2 of them approached me twice. If I need help I will ask for it. I had to leave the store because I felt harassed by employees.
The computer department did a great job of fixing issues that were created when they set up our computers. Very professional. My question is How do you get someone to answer the phone??? 10 min avg wait and still no one answers.
Had purchased an I phone x thru their mobile service. The employee changed my plan and said that it would be cheaper and that the activation fee was waived. He was WRONG on both accounts! He screwed my bill ho so badly that I'm fighting with the carrier to get it fixed. That employee is an idiot! Hire people who can do their damn job!
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We shopped all over Norman (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sears) for a specific front load washing machine that was advertised on all of these stores’ web pages, but was not in the stores and backordered. Best Buy had it in stock, on sale, and matched a competitor’s price!!! From now on we will go to Norman Best Buy FIRST for all of our future appliances and electronic purchases!!!
Not sure why everyone said they received bad customer service. I just had Matt install my car radio and it was a perfect experience! I had an appointment with my local (MWC) Bestbuy, but I didn’t want to wait that long. So I called Norman and they had a sooner opening and I grabbed it. Didn’t have to wait on hold, they were very nice and professional. Awesome place always had great luck here and employees seem ready to help
Just spent 20 minutes trying to buy a projector. Staff and manager ignored me. Tried to figure it out in my own since tags and specs didn’t match the diagram but with no help I moved on. The only saving grace on this review was a guy in the back I complained to offered to leave was he was doing to help.
