Don’t ever go here!!! I moved from out of state on the 26th and went to Best Buy on the 27th to buy a fridge since I currently don’t have one. They told me bc of covid they are delayed delivering orders and I’d get it on the 12th okay fine. Huge inconvenience but I get it. two times we have tried to purchase phones at the Norman location on the bogo program. both times we have been charged for both phones and never credited back the money for the second like they have promised. two times in one year. thats 2500 dollars this store has stolen from my family.
i have been on the phone for 3.5 hours trying to get charges off my debt card that i did not make. Every single person I have made contact with has dissappeared. YOU SUCK
RecommendedI need to brag on Best Buy in Norman: I needed to return a printer, they are not allowing anyone inside the store, but they have employees coming outside as soon as you park. They took my printer that I was returning, and receipt, and came back in less than five minutes. Transaction complete. Now, that’s the way to do business in times like these. Good job, Best Buy!

RecommendedI was shopping today, and seemed to continue to run into the same guy everywhere I went. An employee was helping me prior to going to check out, so didn’t notice if he was around. I headed straight to check out & this is when I looked up & saw him waiting by front door for me.
