Could not get anyone to help me when trying to look at the laptops!!
Went to have my laptop repaired -MacBook Pro that will no longer charge. This is also the SECOND one that I have had this problem with. They would not even touch it because it's over 5 years old. So all of my work info is on a computer that I can't get to turn on. This may be an Apple policy but it's not a good one whoever came up with it! I was literally told by the employee that it's probably so that I would be forced to buy another one. I just want my info on this computer! So frustrating!
Buying something here should be easy as Apple Saddle Creek. I shouldn't have to chase employees from one end of the building only to be told to find someone else.
I've had multiple bad customer service experiences with this store. Today was the final straw !!! They really need to hire some people with some customer skills and knowledge in general. I may as well have been talking to a dead fish. Canceling our credit card and taking our business elsewhere.
I bought a shelf stereo. Two in a row were broken. Customer Service didn't care about my loss of time or the fact I had to wait over a week each time for the new broken stereo to come in.
Well went in there to buy a $150 amp kit and got followed everywhere I went in the store thanks for your concern about my personal security.
WHY in the world do you never answer the phone? Why have a phone number if you're not going to help customers via phone? I know you're not busy the third week of January!!! Was in the store last week and there were NO customers!
