We walked over and looked at TV . Three salesman we're talking didn't even acknowledge us. We walked over to CDs . Saleman walked right by me didn't ask me anything. The only time anyone even acknowledge us was to say excuse me so he could get by. We counted 8 people who could of at least asked..may I help you? Do you need any help? Nope nothing . We won't be going back .
We didn’t end up getting exactly what we came in for , but we had a gentleman named Darrell help us with Beats. He went above and beyond to help us. He needs his own parking place and a raise! �
Why do I have to make an appointment to buy a battery for my laptop? Why do I have to wait in line to ask for an appointment? And then I get to come back at my appointment time and wait again!!! This is one reason your average reviews are only two stars! So I went down the street two miles and didn't have to wait and didn't have to make an appointment.
