No one would help us. All associates were busy playing on their cellphones and/or visiting with each other. No help anywhere from anyone. No acknowledgement we were even in the store. We were ready to spend serious money in the thousands. Had to go elsewhere to buy.

We searched online for a TV stand and found one we liked. According to what I read it showed there were at least 2 in store. We called the store..... no one (at the Jackson store) answered. We drove to the store, went in, looked around, found nothing. A young lady asked if she could assist us; I told her what we were looking for..she went to a co-worker to ask if TV stands were at the store. He said No...available online. We leave the store. Has the worst customer service in Jackson;
Absolutely horrible since literally no one acknowledged I was there. One customer talking to a CSR about his thoughts and personal stories, 4 others sitting on the butts as I am standing in the computer section looking like I am invisible. I ask for help no one budges. I talk off my mask to see if anyone will then walk up to me and still nothing. So much for customer service! Vann dr Jackson TN location! 👎👎👎👎
Best buy in Jackson Tennessee people know their sayings if I ask questions they can answer my questions good people and good service
Was told we wouldn't get customer service if we didn't wear a mask. We left without purchasing.
How do you get someone to answer the phone??? Been calling an hour! Ridiculous!
