They canceled my order right before the pickup date with no explanation and when I called, they REFUSED to help. The employee was rude and implied that I was lying about my order. Honestly save your money and shop on Amazon or Walmart.
Honor warranty and stop selling warranty for others products unless you will honor it.

can't get anyone to help you. you won't get the best price after waiting an hour to talk to some so why try. if they even think you want to price match, they'll avoid you. mayne they need more reps.
I had the best experience with the guys working back in the car radio area, I was greeted and checked with while waiting on a pro to get free and then a young man, Nicholas Riggins, (his names on my receipt) but there was another not as young man that was awesome as well...well, nick helped me find what I needed and all the parts and he helped me save... it was amazing, as someone who worked in retail for 15 yrs, it restored my faith in people providing a service and taking pride in doing so... good job young man.. and thank... read more
Had an amazing computer buying experience with Jordan the Apple guy in the Jackson store today! I went in expecting such a large purchase to be stressful and confusing. Jordan was possibly the nicest guy I’ve ever met and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out with everything I needed so quickly I couldn’t believe it. Thanks Jordan!
By waiting on customers and calling them when they say they will call. By delivering when they say they will and not simply ignoring the customer. They could also wait on the customer.
