I have been waiting for my new oven to be delivered. It was to be delivered between 8am-12pm. It is now 2:38pm. My husband FINALLY got a hold of a person. Apparently they are running behind. Would have been nice to know since I have places I need to go. NOT HAPPY with customer service OR delivery!!!!
Don't buy from BestBuy especially if you might need to return it store credit only even if it's a gift even if you have a gift receipt I don't shop at Best Buy and a manager wouldn't do anything for me this was a car radio they couldn't put in for a month-and-a-half and they won't give the money back store credit only
My daughter lost her favorite stuffed animal somewhere in the store. It's a small TY brand tabby cat. We are from out of state and sadly had to leave and go back home to Massachusetts without her "little kitty." If anyone is to find it please send me a private message! Thank you!
Went to the Wyomissing store to return 2 videos that I got for Christmas. I had the receipt and they told me they had the replacements in stock that I wanted. I went back to look and I found one, but not the other. Someone helped me look on the shelves. We still didn't find it so he went back to the stock room and looked and it wasn't there either. All involved were helpful.
Big thank you to Brian at best buy #580 in wyomissing pa! Several reps were TOO busy to help, but this young man was kind enough to stop what he was doing to help us out. Not only did he help, but upsold the sale to a bigger item than we were checking out with. Your company could use more people like him. He turned a bad experience into a good one! THANK YOU BRIAN!!!
Went to buy a washer waited 20 mins no help called the store guy says he's sending someone waited another 15 mins I left worst service ever will never go to Best Buy again
