If you're looking for an appliance, I recommend going to lowes. On March 31st, I placed an online order for an electric range and because of COVID-19 they were doing curbside pickup. It told me my order would be ready for pickup on April 5th. As of this morning, I tracked my order and it said "preparing for pickup today". At lunch time, I called the store and they said my order was not even showing up for pickup today and that they never had this range in stock. My girlfriend and I each pre ordered a Samsung S10 5G thru Best Buy in Wyomissing , Pa. The in store advertising stated if we pre ordered , we would receive a wireless charger, ear buds with case and a water bottle. When we picked up our phones, we were told we have to go thru the Shop Samsung app. We tried and were told that they are not an authorized dealer, so the shop won't honor the promotion. Contacted Best Buy customer service and was told it was a Samsung promotion and they can not help. So we are currently stuck in ... read more
