Don’t expect delivery or service from Best Buy. The lack of customer service is appalling. They give you a 4 hour window ask for your phone number to call you if any issues and then w up and never call you!!
It’s ok not much dvd section anymore but to be expected from everyone downloading them
We just purchased a fridge on 11/22/17. It was supposed to be delivered today between 12-4. The Best Buy store itself is great. The warehouse and people they use for delivery are HORRIBLE and that's putting it nicely. The delivery guys never called so I called the warehouse at 5:30... They told me an hour and 15 minutes yet...2 hours went by, I called again at 7:30. Pre-ordered the iPhone X for launch day pickup. Picked my phone up right as they opened. Had the case and screen protector I wanted, and I was out of the store in 15 minutes.
