I used to love your store now every time you speak to somebody there you get a different answer. Called about a phone problem was told to come right over only to find out the person I needed had left an hour before I got there. Three minutes before I even called. Call customer service. Half an hour on hold transfer 12 times only between can't do anything to help you. I think your manager and I blatantly refused to give me a manager. Thank you Dakota. This store is seriously going downhill is about to lose my business forever

I purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from the Wyomissing Store. The sales people are GREAT!! The delivery people are horrible. Dryer never hooked up right and it is almost a year now. The refrigerator was never delivered even though totally paid. I waited 6 hours. 2 hours over the time window. Then I get a call stated they have been waiting for 15 minutes in my driveway so they must leave soon. hahahahahah I was standing in my empty driveway at the time they called.
