Pre-ordered a video and never got the promotion they were giving when game came out. Managers had no answer where it was.

Fucking scammed me out of my money gave no receipt no protection plan and refused to assist me. And get this I was told to waste more of my fucking money on broken tech
Great service , a man helped me with my request but sadly what I wanted was out of stock , he offered to order in for me but I'm from out of town so I declined . A great place though X
