Stop selling defective merchandise & get better customer service people.
Every time I call geek squad I am on hold for 20+ minutes before I get through to someone. I ordered something two weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered today, but the manager put in a fake phone number for me on the day I purchased it and said it didn’t matter. Because of this, they couldn’t call to tell me they were on their way here/had arrived and left. I’ve been told I’ll get a call in “a day or two” to reschedule. Very unhappy as I have paid for them to deliver and mount the tv I ordered.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Tried to exchange a recently purchased item (with receipt) and the manager flat out told us no. Instead, she rudely advised we sell it on facebook marketplace. A brand new, unused gift and there was nothing they were willing to do. Unacceptable.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was one of the people who pre ordered the galaxy s10.... and still haven't gotten.... after being over the waiting. I tracked to see what store had one. Harrisburg is about 30 min away.. I packed up my kids and traveled put hoping no one would get it. I got there and they found one for me, called to get rid of my down payment. EXCELLENT SERVICE. thank you Erick and lovely lady that was beside him helping!!!! this will be MY store now.
The staff are all accommodating, helpful.
