Thanks so much. Third time in 2 weeks I came in there for about 20-25 minutes waited in a section and couldn't get any service. You had 3 employees in the television section who were completely oblivious to anyone but there own conversation. The other day it was with the tablets, and same in car department and drones. Unreal! A worker by the name of Devon is an outstanding customer service man. He went above and beyond for me!! Absolutely grateful to have met him tonight!!
I had a movie which had a take of 5$ and it rang up double the price. When I got to the register the cashier didn't want to honor it. I went back and took a picture of the deal and went to another register and explained the situation and she gave me the 5$ price but it should not take me having to go to 2 different registers. She should have gotten a manager.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Three managers on duty and neither of them could bother to help my wife make a return.
